Terms of Service

Effective August 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of CustomerHalo, operated by CustomerHalo, Inc. ("CustomerHalo," "we," "us"), at customerhalo.com and app.customerhalo.com. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. What CustomerHalo does

CustomerHalo analyzes a business's public presence — its public reviews, its website, public business listings, and live search results, including AI-assistant search results — and produces reports and action plans about how that business appears to prospective customers. The analysis is built from public data only; we do not access private booking, revenue, or customer records.

2. The free report and your account

Each business owner may run one free analysis. Access to your report is tied to the email address you provide; we use single-use sign-in links instead of passwords. You may only analyze a business you own or are authorized to represent.

3. The paid plan

The complete plan is a one-time purchase ($19 unless stated otherwise at checkout) delivered to your email within 1 business day — usually much quicker. It includes the deliverables described on the offer page at the time of purchase, and you can ask us to re-center it on a different service at no charge.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If the plan isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — we may ask what was missing so we can make it more useful, but the refund doesn't depend on your answer.

5. What we don't promise

Our reports describe what public data shows at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, rankings, or any particular visibility outcome. Search and AI-assistant results vary naturally between runs and providers, and public data sources can be incomplete or out of date. Recommendations are our good-faith analysis, not professional legal, financial, or medical advice — and we never advise selective or incentivized review collection.

6. Fair use

Don't use the service to analyze businesses you aren't authorized to represent, probe or disrupt the service, resell reports without our written agreement, or access the service by automated means outside the product's normal interface.

7. Intellectual property

Your reports and plans are yours to use for your business. The service itself — its software, design, and methods — remains ours.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
